HarborMaster 2a
This is Version 2 of HarborMaster. It is for Trainz 2004, 2006, 2009 and 2010. It is based on the version that is included in the TS2010 release, but TS2010 users will now see it as intended with the correct track and foliage.
All the dependencies needed by the route are on the Download Station.
HarborMaster represents a busy and thriving harbor and industrial area where the Harbor Master Railroad Company moves freight cars around on behalf of a Class 1 railroad. The Class 1 railroad leaves and picks up freight cars at the Transfer Yard.
The route has many elevated sections and flyovers, and many interactive industries, permitting the use of most types of interactive freight cars. There is a small locomotive depot for both diesel and steam locomotives, and a MoW yard. Lighting is provided for night time operations.
The route has a separated track for the Class 1 railroad AI trainz. The AI trainz share a common track with the HarborMaster train route at numerous squeeze points.
This route should appeal to those who like driving locomotives in either Cab or DCC mode, those who enjoy switching operations in a relatively confined but realistically portrayed environment, those who like interactive industries and fright cars, or those who just want to try a new item of rolling stock.
Note
The track with concrete sleepers is for the exclusive use of AI trainz.
The AI trainz have priority at all squeeze points.
Three yellow markers between the rails represents an interactive industry. When configured, freight cars will load and unload when spotted between the markers.
Two yellow markers represents a ProtoLARS industry. A complete train will load or unload after a one minute delay when one freight car is spotted between the markers. A locomotive does not need to be attached.
Detailed maps of the route and other information is contained in a file that can be downloaded at
