30ng Flat Depressed Center HiCap - Bogey Assembly

Bogey assembly for 30ng, 30 inch gauge, high capacity depressed center flat car.

Couple a Bogey Assembly to both ends of the central platform. One of the Bogey Assemblies will need to be rotated.

The original work is by Filatov14, RED_SHARK and ZIMA.

All I have done is make it usable in TANE, added load attachment points and replaced the couplers with North American knuckle couplers.
