Session 4 – A fading and peeling Penn Central SW1500

The session is for The Mann, Phrom, Laramee – Woodlands railroad. All the required content is either built-in or from the Download Station.

You have been allocated a Penn Central SW1500 for the afternoon shift. When out-shopped it would have looked beautiful in its black shining paint. Now it looks faded and worn. The paint is tatty and peeling. But have no fear, there is life left in it yet.

Chuck and Joe, your afternoon shift.
Your SW1500 has just been refuelled.
Over at the Steamship Wharf you will finds a gondola loaded with hay. Deliver this to the Stock Yards over near Phrom. Return the empty gondola to where you found it.
In the Steamship spur are three empty stock cars. Load these with cattle at the Stock Yards then spot the loaded cars on the barge.
In the Saw Mill spur are three flat cars. Load these with 40ft logstack at the Phrom log camp, unload the logs at the Log Dump, reload the flats with lumber at the Saw Mill and spot the loaded cars on the barge.
That should do you for the day. Stable the locomotive and sign off.

The Stock Yard has been configured to load cattle and the Log Dump to consume 40ft logsets. At other locations you will need to load the freight cars manually. See my thread in the N3V Forum to see how this is done.
