The new arch bridge over the Twentekanaal also known as Black Beauty
because of its dark colour and esthetic lines.It has a span of 91m and was needed because the old bridge did not meet the new D4/V100 standard which
stipulates an axle load of 22.5 tonnes and a maximum speed of 100 kph.
