NS perron 108m a pax

A passenger enabled platform inspired by Dutch platfoms.
108m long, the front is 1.7m from the track center, the back is 4m from the track center
Should be used with NS perron b 108m 70337:28085:1 and NS perron 54m fill 70337:28090:1to form a two segment platform, each with its own passengers.
NS perron backfill 2 x 108, NS perron backfill 4 x 108, NS perron backfill 2 x 54 and NS perron backfill 4 x 54 can be used to extend the width.
