Virginian RR
'Virginian RR'is a terrain generated map of the original Deep Water RR from Deep Water WV to Glen Lyn VA .In 1907, the railroad was extended to Norfolk VA, and renamed The Virginian RR. This is the original western most segment of the Virginian RR. The route is approx.100 miles long. The map has 1560 baseboards, and covers 312 sq miles. There are no 'Tiger Lines' shown, but small signs, indicating the location of cities and towns, have been placed along the track so that conditions in those areas, (Multiple track, yards, roads ,waterways, etc.), can be accessed using USGS topo maps.
