ATLS-TRC compatable Slave(TF)

UPDATE:
This is a modifyed version of Boat's ATLS Slave that takes input from TRC for use with integrated TRC-ATLS crossings.

This is a Controler Slave Unit to allow control of road traffic as part of the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS) compatable with TRC input. It will also act to control level crossings. Full instuctions on its use can be found in the Properties Dialogue Box, (Question Mark Icon in Surveyor) or see the consolidated ATLS Tutorial at http://www.boatztrainz.co.uk.

WARNING - This asset uses the Invisible Train, kuid2:76656:1158:2. This exact kuid number issue must be on your system. If you have a later version of the Invisble Train which has obsoleted kuid2:76656:1158:2 then THIS asset must also be updated or it will not work correctly!
