GATX Rail Ale

Thoroughly cleansed and refurbished, these ex-GATX tankers were purchased by the Rail Ale Corporation during their expansion into the American mid-west and have since helped to consolidate the company's growth in the region. Uploaded with permission from Auran, all that I have done is updated the config.txt to be SP3/UTC compatible for the people who don't know how to.
