TOTC_Horse_Car_2a

A re-skin of Ben Dorsey's turn of the century (TOTC = 1900 to 1910) 60 ft wood baggage car
which has been modified to carry horses between race tracks. Normally a 60 ft car does not
require 6-wheel bogies but the plans clearly show them on this car (perhaps for stability). The
generic lettering text, size, and color can be changed by manipulating the values in the effects
section of the config file mesh table.
