UPDATE for TRS19
This is a specialised tram signal RHS - Standard offset.
This update to fix intermittent problem causing some unreliability if using ATLS. Must have latest Library and Controllers!
It can be used like a normal 2 aspect signal or as part of the Advanced Traffic Light System, (ATLS). Full instuctions on its use can be found in the Properties Dialogue Box, (Question Mark Icon in Surveyor) or see the consolidated ATLS Tutorial at http://www.boatztrainz.co.uk.
