SR 4 plank 8T wagon tarped

An older model by John Whelan revisited and updated. An 8 ton 4 plank Southern Railway open wagon, with a permanently fixed in place tarpaulin for limestone traffic as well as other kinds of mineral loads that need to be kept dry.
Very much a team effort with thanks to the beta testers and those who created the items it depends on. Original tarpaulin photography by Paul Bartlett. Textures modified by KotangaGirl (Annie), member TCWW.
It has working BlueStar couplers courtesy of Paul Hobbs. Eldavo's NumberIt system has revised number textures and works fine in TANE. No guarantees that it will work in TRS19/TRS22.
The missing 'V' hangers on the original model's brakes have been reinstated.
