GER Steam Railmotor V4 (brown)

A pre-1918 'what-if' faux GER Steam Railmotor created because I needed one for my own alternative history GER layout.
Updated with new window artwork to give an impression of the coach's interior. Other small parts updated so their textures don't wash out in TRS19 and TRS22. Updated with new smoke and steam animation scripts. Read the 'Read Me' in the main file folder regarding configuring passenger options.

A refresh, modification and update of Ray Whiley's TS2004 brown push-pull coach (with permission). Member of TCWW.
