Based on my model of a generic boarding house, a picture of storefront in Victor (Colorado, USA) and my own mind. This is meant to be a generic model suited for early building of US western type - often made out of raw lumber with a more nicer false front added. Model uses 2 levels of LOD.
Polygons: 406 / 258 & 18 for nightmode.
