a tribute to my father, who loved trains, spent his retirement years traveling via Amtrak as often as he could. As a kid, my dad instilled his love of trains in me, we built model railroads, watched trains, and he used to tell me stories of his youth when he worked as a welder for the Northern Pacific in Montana. Now he can travel the virtual rails for as long as they last as an engineer, conductor or brakeman
