BR Class 105 DMB interior

Class 105 DMBS interior, BR Blue. A major update to the version that is built-in to 2010 and 2012, with larger textures and loads more detail (25K+ polys). The blinds behind the driver's seat can be pulled up and down, but only in cab control mode. Not completely accurate but hopefully a much better representation than the unfinished previous version.
