VR A2 loco

VR A2 class oil burning steam locomotive with Walschaert valve gear. Any number
between 940 and 999 may be used with the exception of 956, 970 and 975.
The older catcher can be used by changing 'catcher2.im' in the config file to 'catcher1.im'.
This update has a change to the smokebox door
