You can race between any 2 trains and test their trains’s full speed.
If you download this on Trainz Driver 2, yes there will be missing dependecies. Because there is some items/buildings that you need to buy. Which is from the P2 from Rosworth Vale, Paris: Gare du Nord and Maglev Project. If you are downloading on the TANE or TS2019. You can have everything in there and there should be signal and a bridge which is the starting line.
