2ft/600mm US-Army field railroad truck. Wheel diameter is 400mm or 16 inches. Overall height is 0.46m or 18 inches. The truck was used on all US-Army field railway equipment during World War 1 in France. Lot of this equipment remained in France after the war and was used on commercial and industrial field railways.
