PLL Stoke MPD Ash Plant

An ash plant into which steam locomotives may de-ash their fireboxes. There are 2 roads with under-track chutes that feed a central skip. The skip, when full, is emptied by a crane to an open wagon that must be positioned on a third adjacent road.
Locos that use the facility must have an ash queue for product 'Loco Ash' <kuid:60250:925059002> defined in their config files and managed by the loco asset's script file.
A naming convention must be observed for wagons that serve to receive ash from the plant skip. The names given to such wagons by the user must be in the format: PlantNameLeadWord + ' AshWagon ' + n. Where PlantNameLead Word is the leading word of the name given to the ash plant and 'n' is an integer in the range '0' to '9'.
For example, a valid wagon name for an ash plant named 'Stoke MPD Ash Plant' would be 'Stoke AshWagon 5'.
Only single, uncoupled wagons should be left under the skip dump point. When one wagon fills it must be removed and another appropriately-named wagon put in place. Do not leave a rake of coupled wagons over the skip dump point.
