NER Type 3 7A signal box enhanced scenery

During the early 1900s the N.E.R. Southern Division utilised the S3 Type as their standard signal box on their line in
Yorkshire between Church Fenton and Burton Salmon. This one, based on Monk Fryston, located between Milford Junction South and Hillam Gates on
the old York and North Midland Railway route to Normanton, was built during 1903. The station platforms were on the old Y&NMR alignment,
with the signal box was situated between the old and new running lines at the northern end of the Up platform.
Although Monk Fryston station closed during 1959 the signal box had closed 28 years earlier, in 1931.
Built with 50 levers its work was absorbed by Milford Junction South, which expanded from 80 levers to 90 levers during 1929.

Frank Routledge did the research and was responsible for many of the photo textures, Chris (Nawlins) gave lots of input as well.
