crane tender 17_5 chassis w JAG

Note this has a wheelbase of 11 feet as opposed the to the more common 9 foot wheelbase.

Designed to be used with the lowered travelling Cowan cranes.

The JAG System developed by Kessica is script being used for the lamp handling effects and ACS Coupling. Chris Nawlins gave lots of feedback.

It has two levels of LOD and culls both the bogeys and ACS couplings so should be performance friendly.
