BR OAA brown wagon v2

This is the later Blender version of the BR OAA wagon
that uses some TC3 built-in content hence the 2.8 version number. It accepts both visible and bulk loads.
Photography by Paul Bartlett who retains copywrite and image used with kind permission. Textures modified by tmz06003.
The script, buffers, axle boxes are from Paul Hobbs again used with kind permission. Thanks to the beta testers and all
those who provided input to both this and the earlier version and especially to Torsten for creating the Blender XML exporter.
