SR 7 plank

This is the later Blender version of the GWR wagon that uses some TC3 built-in content hence the 2.8 version number.
The basic tetxures, script, buffers, axle boxes are from Paul Hobbs used with kind permission. Thanks to the beta testers and all
those who provided input to both this and the earlier version and especially to Torsten for creating the Blender XML exporter.
