LMS dual vented 2 van

Noraml mapped Blender version of a LMS van that uses some TC3 built-in content hence the 2.8 version number.
The script, buffers, axle boxes are from Paul Hobbs again used with kind permission. Thanks to the
beta testers and all those who provided input to both this and the earlier version and especially to Torsten for creating the Blender XML exporter.
