CDN Brick House 02-01L

A Canadian brick house, with back porch aligned to the left.
This type would normally appear on a corner lot, but may also
be used elsewhere.

This is an updated version of my original brick houses,
to include normal mapping and LOD.

v2 does not obsolete <kuid2:87145:29051:1> Brick House 11B-L as this is incorrect behaviour in Trainz.
<kuid2:87145:29051:3> Brick House 11B-L is identical to <kuid2:87145:29417:1> now.
