CPL-BRKT 02a left

B&O style Color Position Light (CPL) for Bracket mounting.
This version is a modified style 02, with stop, medium approach,
and medium clear only...used for the end of a passing siding.
Note: in order to get it to always appear to work correctly, I made
approach look like medium approach and clear look like medium clear.
Note: This signal is for the left track on double track, and will mount on
a signal bracket on the right side of the right track.
