CPL-BRKT L02a

B&O style Color Position Light (CPL) for Bracket mounting.
This version is a modified style 02, with stop, medium approach,
and medium clear only...used for the end of a passing siding.
Note: in order to get it to always appear to work correctly, I made
approach look like medium approach and clear look like medium clear.
This signal is for left diverging situations
