N&W-CPL BRKT 01a left

N&W style Color Position Light (CPL) for Bracket mounting.
This version is a modified style 01, with stop, diverging approach, and diverging clear
only...used for the end of a passing siding. Note: in order to get it to always appear
to work correctly, I made approach look like diverging approach and clear look like
divering clear. Note: This signal is for the left track on double track, and will mount
on a signal bracket on the right side of the right track.
