Signal Bracket N&Wa

N&W signal bracket for my N&W style CPL bracket signals.
Used for double track, it has space for 2 signals, one for each track, going
the same direction. For the left track, use the signal with _left in the name.
Note: This has a renumberable nameplate, used for my N&W CPL signals 3 and 5,
which are intermediate signals. They don't have the numberplate on the signal
itself, its on the bracket instead
