A speed limit sign. They are placed 2.5 meters from the track, so they fit better between a pair of tracks such as on '2 track wood'.

LS is for Left Side, RS is for Right Side.

These speed limit signs belong to Auran, as they created the meshes for them. I have simply redid the textures and moved the placement a bit.
