Welcome to the Detroit Connecting Railroad; also known as the 'Dcon'. The Detroit Connecting is a small railroad located on the North Side of Downtown Detroit, Michigan. 'Dcon' mostly specializes in industries of Scrap and Produce, with some tank cars at EQ Chemicals. The Dcon recieves their freight from CN at Milwaukee Junction where Dcon will take the cars to the local industries and swap-out loaded cars for empties from morning to mid-afternoon. This line was once Grand Trunk Western and still serves the same customers from the GTW days.
