Jons T-Intersection DES V2

This a T-intersection to be used with my Yarn Compatible road. Thanks to Madeline Usher for allowing reskins.

Revision History: V2 Lowered Street Lamp brightness, changed to a new invisible road spline No Car Hop. Uses new YARN Library, Repaired Script error.
Updated to 3.7 to comply with the Trainz 2019 Minimum Build, matched all Intersections and Connectors for a Perfect fit with no Car Hop, Also now the Jons BNSF Grade Rail Crossings fit correctly to the Roads with no Car Hop.

Lewiscc65 was very helpful in finding all of the issues and helping me to Perfect these Roads and Connectors.
