Hyperbolic Cooling Tower-60m HD V2

Hyperbolic cooling tower, ~60 meters high. This is just a taller version of Auran's 'Building_PowerTower' (kuid:-1:1022), though I added aircraft warning lights at the top, smoke, and a base (similar to that found on Allegheny Energy's Fort Martin facility in Maidsville, WV).
Revision:V2 Set Smoke to turn off at night when extra power is not needed, added HD bump maps, updated to build 3.7, adjusted Smoke not to clip the edges of the Tower
