DES Muncy Valley GP15-1-Phase IV

GP15-1 decorated for the fictonal Muncy Valley railroad. It uses a phase IV color scheme which features a single solid color and no stripes along the sides but still retains the front stripes to enhance visibility. This color scheme is the current scheme used by the MVRR. It was designed to simplify the painting of locomotives even more than previous phases. This is the red variation of this scheme. This is a reskin of the GP15-1 Undecorated w Dynamics 4 ARN DES by Dave Snow.
