Rail Yard Floodight Update

A single 12 metre high light pole, suitable for a rail yard, industrial site or wharf.
It has one Light fitting, that shows up at night and illuminates a circular portion of the ground around the pole base. The shadow cast by the pole itself is also included on the side away from the light source.
The light plane is .5 metres above the natural ground surface, to allow for small changes in ground level. This height also illuminates objects on the ground such as concrete pavements and ground textures.
Installs as Rail Yard Floodlight in Scenery in Australia, and the U.S. listing.

Revision: Updated to build 3.5, adjusted night brightness for the Trainz 2019,2022 environmental compatibility issues.
Permission allowed to update per license, and upload to the DLS.
