DES Tower Round Double for Suspended Monorail Track
Round Double Tower Support for my Suspended Monorail Track. If placed correctly, will straddle highways.
Revision: Repaired the Config File for it to be available in the Scenery list,
Adjusted the .im file, not to go completely dark at Night.
