This is an industrial street which includes narrow sidewalk, concrete gutters, Parallel parking on both sides and broken white centerline.
Although the sidewalk is narrower, this street will connect directly to com/res type components and look decent.
Revision: ST = Streadway, Drk = dark gray color, removed the Car wear tracks fore a different type of use for side streets.
