MKT GE U28B

GE U28B skinned as MKT U23B with a couple of inaccuracies to allow it to work with this mesh. MKT had three U23B locomotives in the 1970's, 350, 351, and 352. Thanks go to diecastgalore for allowing reskins of his work.
Original description- New locomotive model,eliminating most of the pitfalls from my earlier efforts such as the long list of attachments, incorporating LOD mesh and compatible with newer versions of Trainz without errors, tested and error free in TANE build 81296. This undec mesh is in the style of L&N
