Acme: Outgoing in the Morning

It’s 7 AM, and at Acme Terminal, that’s when all the outgoing railcars are collected and set out on the interchange track to be picked up by the Long Island RR. You’re in charge of Acme’s Plymouth switcher #001, and these are your instructions for the morning:


1. Exit the engine house and pick up the loaded NKP boxcars at O’Neill Shipping & Storage.

2. Pick up the loaded TPW boxcars at Atlas Waste Manufacturing – Shipping and the empty GATX tank car at Atlas Waste Manufacturing – Receiving.

3. Spot the loaded GATX tank car at Atlas Waste Manufacturing – Receiving.

4. Pick up the loaded WAB boxcars at Pequot Box Company – Shipping.

5. Pick up the empty LIRR gondola at Greendale Steel – Loading Dock.

6. Pick up the empty LIRR hoppers at Greendale Steel – Coal Track.

7. Pick up the empty ACL boxcars at Pequot Box Company – Receiving.

8. Set out all the above cars at Interchange 6.

9. Pick up the loaded PRR flatcars at Triangle Conduit.

10. Pick up the loaded MILW boxcars at Interstate Container – Shipping.

11. Pick up the empty ERIE boxcars at Interstate Container – Receiving.

12. Pick up the empty C&O boxcar at Canarsie Enterprises.

13. Set out your train at Interchange 5.

14. Return to the Acme Engine House.
