An island just off the coast of Southern England, Dalin Island is the seemingly cast out child of the Southern Region. Most of the equipment sent to the island is worn, run down, or in poor mechanical shape. The only truly reliable part of the roster would be the ex-GWR 2251 class engines, although parts have been choked by management. Requests for larger, more efficent power yielded a WD Austerity 2-8-0, but with worn out running gear, the engine hasn't been of much use, leaving most traffic to the old engines.
